Behind the news camera. Above the clouds. Inside the science of human nature.
My story began with a fascination for language and narrative, studying Literature at the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. It led me straight into the high-pressure world of the newsroom. But even while I was in front of the camera as a TV News Presenter, I was obsessed with what was happening behind the lens. I became my own toughest critic — obsessively recording and dissecting every broadcast to decode the hidden mechanics of delivery. I wanted to know exactly what makes you good in front of camera.
Then, I made a choice that defined my career: I traded the television studio for the sky.
It wasn't a logical, strategic move. It was bold, slightly irrational — and I did question it. But I wanted to live beyond one country and one set of familiar rules. I wanted the bigger picture. The world gave it to me. And I kept doing what I've always done: watching closely, dissecting the details, and learning what makes communication work across cultures.
Joining Qatar Airways became my international field study. Working across 200 nationalities, I stopped looking at our differences and started looking for what was universal.
This journey took me to Oman, where I first transitioned into professional coaching. It was there that I realised that while intuition is a gift, true transformation requires a system. This led me to my CIPD Level 5 Diploma — the scientific anchor of my work. It allows me to move beyond simple 'tips' and apply a rigorous methodology to how leaders communicate.
Today, based in Dubai, I bridge these worlds. I combine the technical discipline of a TV presenter with a field-tested understanding of human nature and a certified framework for growth.
